    Customization options revolve around the reminder dates, deadlines, priority levels, comments, inspectors and alarms, just to name a few.

    In addition, you can manage databases, password-protect the tool and deny access to protected documents, create a backup copy, use the undo and redo functions, as well as create and manage a favorites list. But you can also attach files and add fields (e.g. text, hyperlink, email), insert tables and the current date and time, as well as configure the text format (e.g. bold, subscript, text wrapping).

    From the 'Tools' menu you can use a password generator based on specific criteria (e.g. make it pronounceable, similar characters), dial a phone number, view worldwide events on the current day, synchronize or import data and change the interface language.

    In the 'Options' section you can make WinOrganizer automatically save data, run at system startup and minimize to the system tray, change the interface style, save settings to an INI file and establish fonts.

    The program uses a low amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and includes a help file. No error dialogs have been displayed during our tests; WinOrganizer did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs. It may take some while to get adjusted to all of the tool's features.
