    Once you initiate the program, you are welcomed by a user friendly interface in which you have to follow only three steps - add files (the "drag and drop" method is unsupported), set the output format and click the "Convert" button.

    But you can also set the output directory, preview the video in a small window on the bottom right corner of the screen, as well as configure settings when it comes to the video quality and size, audio quality and volume, and letter box.

    In the "Settings" menu you can further edit options regarding the audio and video codec, sample frequency rate, decoder engine, deinterlace source video, CPU core number in converting and process priority class.

    Additionally, you can split the video by setting the beginning and end time, load a subtitle, choose the audio track, change the interface language and font size, set the action after completion (e.g. exit program, shut down computer), and more. Batch processing is supported.

    The program uses a moderate amount of system resources, includes a step-by-step tutorial with images and quickly finishes a task. However, it wasn't able to convert some video formats during our tests (e.g. RM, RMVB) but the image and sound quality is pretty good in the remaining output files. Too bad the trial version is severely limited. Otherwise, we recommend Ultra Video Converter to most users.
