    When you run the program it is recommended to set a user account by inputting an alias and a password, and to gain access to all the functions. The same fields are required for making another account, but this time you can set permissions.

    For creating a new record, you have to fill in detailed info, such as full name, company, different phone numbers, email address, along with Skype username, birth date, address, group (e.g. college, customer, supplier, family, friends), and optional notes.
