    The interface of the application is represented by a modern-looking window with an uncomplicated layout. On the bottom part of the GUI, you can view details on your system involving the processor, the memory, and the graphics.

    From the same window, you have access to the CPU and GPU temperature, the scheduler and the CLI version.

    Running all the tests only requires you to press a button. Individual tests for various hardware components can be run via the dedicated menu. For the GPU tests to be performed, the application displays a high-demanding video. There are no options to configure and no settings to define, but note that for the benchmark to be performed correctly, you must exit all current applications and let Novabench finish its job.

    Novabench evaluates the capabilities of your CPU, your RAM, your graphics card, and your hard disk, displaying both individual scores for each component and a general score. Provided you have a Novabench account, the latter can be submitted online to compare it to that of other PCs with similar hardware configurations and view performance charts.

    NovaBench requires a moderate amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and quickly finishes all its test. The results can be exported to file for later reference.

    The benchmarking tool has not caused us any issues during our tests, such as making Windows hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Thanks to its intuitive features, NovaBench can be handled even by beginners.
