• Fácil Cartão Presente é um utilitário leve, que foi desenvolvido especificamente para ajudar os indivíduos a implementar facilmente um cartão-presente no sistema em suas lojas. A interface é simples e intuitiva, composto de uma barra de ferramentas com vários botões de atalho para as mais importantes ações disponíveis, uma barra de status e lista de todos os cartões de presente adicionados, juntamente com detalhes importantes. Quando adicionar novos cartões, que são necessários para introduzir o seu número (código de barras), nome do titular, o equilíbrio, a data (detectado automaticamente), ID de transação e tipo de pagamento (Visa, MasterCard, dinheiro etc.). Esses detalhes também podem ser vistos na janela principal. Todas as compras de criar automaticamente um relatório que pode ser impresso ou salvo no disco rígido em um DOC, XLS ou PDF.     The interface is simple and intuitive, comprised of a toolbar with several shortcut buttons for the most important actions available, a status bar and list of all the gift cards added, along with important details.

    When adding new cards, you are required to input their number (barcode), the cardholder’s name, balance, date (automatically detected), transaction ID and payment type (Visa, MasterCard, cash etc.). These details can also be seen in the main window.

    All added purchases automatically create a report which can be printed, or saved to the hard drive in a DOC, XLS or PDF format. It is also possible to create other types of reports, according to date and time, card number or even operator name.

    An unlimited number of users can be added to the software tool, along with their full names, login and password. It is important to keep in mind that there are two different roles to choose between, namely operator and supervisor, both of which have different privileges.

    From the settings panel you can choose whether or not to ask for the administrator password when adding a value to gift cards and when making purchases.

    All in all, Easy Gift Card is a piece of software which lets you set up and manage gift cards with minimal CPU and memory usage. Response time is very good and it is suitable for any type of person.
