    So, you can use basic media player functions, such as pause and stop, adjust the volume, navigate back and forth within the clip, switch to full screen mode and create a playlist.

    But you can also play a specific title or chapter, select the audio and subtitle track, take a snapshot, change the video size, enable deinterlacing mode and customize the background with an image.

    In "Preferences" you can change the interface language and full screen control panel style, set the step length for moving forward and backward, configure subtitle options (font, color, alignment), make file associations, and others. Settings can be restored to their default values at any time.

    The video player takes up a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, supports keyboard shortcuts and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the help file (clicking the option did not initialize anything).

    Furthermore, you cannot make image adjustments (e.g. brightness and contrast), set post-playback options (e.g. exit program), enable shuffle or loop mode, and others. But, all in all, EasyDVD Player comes packed with some essential features for playing video clips and we strongly recommend it to all users.
